InĀ The Rocky Horror Picture ShowĀ (1975), when bland engaged couple Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon) seek shelter after their car breaks down in a storm, they find themselves made welcome in the very weird home of mad scientist Dr Frank N. Furter (Tim Curry), an alien transvestite who is building a monster called Rocky. The film was written by Richard O'Brien, who co-stars as sinister singing butler Riff-Raff, and songs include the immortal 'Time Warp' and 'Sweet Transvestite'.
Shock TreatmentĀ (1981) is the sequel toĀ The Rocky Horror Picture ShowĀ and stars Cliff De Young and Jessica Harper as Brad and Janet, who find themselves contestants--or rather prisoners--on a TV gameshow.
