How do you ensure discs aren't damaged during shipping?
We take great pride in our packaging. Every order is shipped in a sturdy box with ample bubble wrap or padding to ensure your boutique Blu-rays and 4K UHDs arrive in pristine condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. If a disc is defective, please contact us for a replacement.
Do you carry region-free players or imported titles?
Yes, we specialize in hard-to-find imports and boutique labels. Please check the product description for specific region coding (Region A, B, or C) before purchasing.
Can I combine multiple open orders to save on shipping?
Yes, if you have multiple pending orders that have not yet shipped, contact our support team and we will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping costs.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
